Gina Miller

Gina Waters Miller is a musician, educator, entrepreneur, and industry executive. Waters Edge Entertainment is a boutique agency specializing in talent management, consulting, leadership coaching, and experiential learning for corporate leaders.

Miller serves as Secretary of the Recording Academy’s Nashville Chapter and Vice President of Nashville Music Equality. Her leadership has earned recognition from Billboard’s Women in Music (2018 & 2020), Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence (2021), and Gina is an alum of Leadership Music’s Class of 2022. In 2023, she was honored with the Music Business Association (Music Biz) Presidential Award for Outstanding Executive Achievement.

In 2024, Miller was recognized by the National Museum of African American Music for her excellence in music and culture. She received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden for her volunteer service, and was elected Commissioner to the Nashville Music, Film, and Entertainment Commission.

A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she serves on the National Arts and Letters Commission; Miller uses everything she has inspiring others, driving meaningful change, empowering the organizations she serves, shaping the future of the industry and cementing an enduring legacy in the community.
