Jasmine Gonzalvo

Dr. Jasmine D. Gonzalvo, PharmD, is the Chris and Theresa Dimos Director of the Center for Health Excellence, Quality, and Innovation and a Clinical Professor at Purdue University’s College of Pharmacy. She provides cardiovascular risk reduction services at Eskenazi Health Pecar Health Center, serving a largely Latino/Hispanic population. She chairs national diabetes boards, serves on the Diabetes Leadership Council, and is President of the Indiana Community Health Workers Association. Her research focuses on community health workers, diabetes care, and Spanish language integration in healthcare.
