Michelle Diggs

Michelle is the Senior Director of Community Impact at 3M. Her role focuses on embedding community-focused considerations in internal processes and expanding community listening, engagement, and volunteerism across the enterprise. In her 30-year career, Michelle has a deep history of public service. She served as a Civil Rights Commissioner for 5 years, focusing on fair housing and employment for the State of Texas, and has held positions on multiple national and community boards. Michelle’s husband is Tony, and they have two sons.
