Jamila Bell is a talented content creator and filmmaker based in Atlanta, Georgia, known for her innovative storytelling and engaging comedic style. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Jamila first made her mark on YouTube, captivating audiences with her unique blend of humor and authenticity. Her passion for storytelling led her to pursue a formal education in film, graduating from Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree in Film and a minor in Journalism.

As one half of the popular Unhinged & Immoral podcast, Jamila engages listeners in candid conversations that explore the complexities of modern life, pop culture, and social issues, all while infusing humor and relatability. This platform allows her to connect with a diverse audience, sharing her insights and experiences in a way that resonates deeply.

Driven by her desire to create impactful narratives, Jamila founded her own production company, Ring A Bell Productions. Through this venture, she is dedicated to producing original projects that shine a light on underrepresented voices and stories, particularly those that resonate with the Black community. Her work reflects a commitment to authenticity and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances that shape our experiences.

In addition to her filmmaking career, Jamila has spent the past three years immersed in birth work as a labor doula and lactation consultant. Recognizing the alarming disparities in Black Maternal Health, she is passionate about supporting families during one of the most pivotal moments of their lives. Her work in this field aims to empower and educate, ultimately striving to improve outcomes for Black mothers and their babies.
