As Founder & CEO of The RKO Group, she provides tailored talent management solutions for athletes like New Orleans Saints star Cam Jordan. Previously, she was VP of Talent Marketing & Media at Wasserman, leading content strategies and brand partnerships for 100+ athletes. She has secured book deals, media appearances, and partnerships with Netflix, ESPN, and Conde Nast. Rebecca holds a B.S. in Public Relations from UT Austin and serves on the Advisory Council for Sports Communication & Media.
