Brent Cheldelin

Brent Cheldelin leads project and program management teams at Bloom Energy. He focuses on new product development and technology innovation and manages cross-functional efforts to reduce cost and mitigate risks across multiple products. Notable deployments are a first-of-its-kind solid oxide electrolzyer (2022) and award-winning biogas demonstration (2021). Brent previously worked at Advanced Energy, where he focused on driving the product roadmap for Solutions, supporting residential, commercial and utility inverter offerings. He also helped launch multiple new products and reduce existing product costs. Brent holds a Doctorate and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering design from Stanford University, with a focus on product definition, voice of the customer and value engineering.
