Jason Amato

As someone who has walked their own journey through mental health and addiction as a musician. Jason Amato has spent the last 7 years being an active participant in both the music industry as well as the mental health and SUD field here in Austin. With 2 years' experience overseeing a transitional living program attached to an IOP here in Austin TX, Then having the opportunity to help build and sustain a private practice as Executive Director for over 2 years. Jason has honed his skills as a mental health professional while still nurturing his love for music and creativity in all forms. Music and creativity make Austin stand proud and Jason's aim is to be a contributing member of a community that works together to provide this amazing city with the recourses it needs to continue to create.
