With over five years of experience in Austin’s nonprofit sector, and over 15+ years of experience in the event and entertainment industry, he embraces a mission of service, working to create a meaningful impact within the creative community by providing support for those in need. As the Director of Operations at The SIMS Foundation, Conrádo works with the SIMS team to connect musicians and music industry professionals with essential mental health, recovery and wellness resources.
