Formerly Head of Production, he focuses on efficiency and enhancing digital offerings to meet audience needs. Adde is driven by creating value through innovative, solution-oriented approaches while maintaining a long-term vision.He has led some of the world’s largest productions, including the 2019 World Alpine Championships (remote prod), 2015 Falun World Championships, 2014 FIFA World Cup in Rio, and 2012 London Olympics. Adde also built Europe’s most advanced OB fleet. He drives modernization, ensuring the organization continues to deliver exceptional value, efficiency, and user-focused innovation in a rapidly evolving media landscape without broadcast standards in the future.
