Mariana Paredes Peláez
She is a film producer, scriptwriter, director, and editor. She is best known
for the documentary “The Wild Side” shot in México-Usa-Canada.
She wrote the film script “Unbeliever’s Ballad'' 1st place winner of the Garfio’s script
award. Since 2007, she has worked as producer-director at Malakita Productions Llc. She did a master's at The London Film School
where she directed and produced the films: “Atomic Theory”, “Someone once told
me”, and “Lunch Break''. She graduated from Iberoamericana University where she
studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, and she shot short films like:
“Israel’s Charms” “Goodbye” and “Grades”.
