Kysha Wright Frazier

Kysha Wright Frazier joined CSW in 2008, bringing over 20 years of experience across the nonprofit, education, and private sectors. She leads strategies aimed at advancing individuals and communities. As President & CEO, Kysha shapes the organization’s strategic direction, sustains leadership, and promotes its culture and inclusion practices.

Kysha collaborates with national, state, and local policy and practice leaders to drive changes in public policy and investment in workforce development. In her role, she focuses on ensuring that CSW's work effectively fulfills its mission: to catalyze changes in educational and labor market systems, policies, and practices that enhance economic mobility, particularly for people of color and those historically excluded from success.

Before joining CSW, Kysha founded and led the Cascade Consulting Group, a consulting division of Cascade Engineering in Grand Rapids. Here, she was responsible for identifying and designing innovative solutions to help clients become employers of choice. Prior to her work in the private sector, she served as the Assistant Director of Career Services at Hope College.

Kysha comes from a family of entrepreneurs and owns a national snacking brand. She holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Iowa, a master’s degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and African American World Studies from the University of Iowa.
