Richard Ogawa

Richard is a seasoned General Counsel and Chief IP Officer with experience in tech commercialization, startups, and building companies in private and public markets. He currently serves as GC for AI efficiency platform d-Matrix and nuclear fusion company Blue Laser Fusion, where he is also a co-founder. Previously, he was Chief IP Officer for Khosla Ventures. Richard has led public companies from startup to $10B market cap. Starting his career as an engineer before transitioning to law, he brings a unique perspective to deep tech innovation.
