Avumile Qongqo

Avumile Qongqo is a multifaceted South African actress, legal professional, and former beauty pageant titleholder. Born in Durban, South Africa, she first gained national attention as the first runner-up in the Miss South Africa pageant in both 2005 and 2007. Parallel to her pageantry pursuits, Qongqo pursued a legal education, earning her law degree and practicing as an attorney. Transitioning into acting, Qongqo has built an impressive portfolio across film and television. She is best known for her role as Nandi in "Deep Blue Sea 3" (2020), and has appeared in television series such as "Raised by Wolves" (2020) and "Deep State" (2018). Her portrayal of Khuselwa in the Oscar-nominated short film "The Last Ranger" (2024)
