Lizzi Smith

Lizzi Smith is a three-time Paralympian, disability advocate, and storyteller dedicated to empowering others through sport. Born with one hand due to amniotic band syndrome, she struggled with confidence and belonging until she found swimming, a sport that changed her life and set her on the path to representing Team USA. Now a decorated athlete with three Paralympic medals and seven World Championship podium finishes, she most recently served as a team captain at the Paris Paralympics.
