Mati Staniszewski

Mati Staniszewski is the co-founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, a research and deployment company building audio AI tools with a mission to make information accessible in any language and voice. ElevenLabs’ technology creates lifelike speech and sound effects in 32 languages, serving industries like publishing, entertainment, education, accessibility, and conversational AI. Before starting ElevenLabs, Mati worked as a Deployment Strategist at Palantir, overseeing large-scale implementations of its products across public and private sectors. Earlier, at BlackRock, he helped develop product models and launch the Aladdin Wealth platform. He began his career at Opera Software.
