Karoliina Dwyer

Karoliina Dwyer is VP, Acquisitions at Kino Lorber. With a library of over 4,000 titles, Kino Lorber has been a leader in independent art house distribution for over 45 years, releasing 35 films per year theatrically and garnering 12 Academy Award® nominations in the past 20 years. Most recently, the company has expanded its own direct digital platforms through the acquisition of leading international series streamers MHz Choice and Topic and the launch of Kino Film Collection.

Previously, since 2018, Karoliina Dwyer served as the CEO of The Yellow Affair, a New York, London and Helsinki based World Sales Agent.

Originally from Finland, Karoliina began her career working in development and production in 2008. In 2012 she joined The Yellow Affair as Sales and Acquisitions Executive. Over the years she has also consulted on several International sales and distribution companies and worked with Tribeca Film Festival and Distribution company, Kino Lorber. She is an Alumni of EAVE European Producers Programme and Inside Pictures.
