Hey Hey Hey! I am Yolanda The Designer and I am a proud Philadelphian who has dedicated 22 years in the fashion/apparel design industry, designing everything from kids’ wear to menswear, womenswear and accessories. But in 2008, I decided to merge my two loves—fashion and professional wrestling—and began my journey as a Wrestling Designer. Why? Because I was fed up with the constant removal of signs from fans (it almost happened to me), and the overpriced, cookie-cutter shirts being shoved at the wrestling audience. I simply couldn't take it anymore, so in October 2008, I launched GIMICK$! Wrestling Tees, the first alternative wrestling t-shirt brand.

In 2010, I expanded into designing for professional wrestlers and collaborating with screen printers. What started as selling a product quickly turned into offering a full design and production service.

While I began designing wrestling gear in 2010, it wasn’t until 2015 that I fully transitioned into focusing on wrestling gear and officially branded myself as a Wrestling Designer under GIMICK$!247.

So, what exactly is a Wrestling Designer? It's someone who designs wrestling gear, merchandise, graphics, and much more.

Today, my designs have been featured on major platforms such as WWE, IMPACT, and AEW television programming, as well as in WWE 2K video games, official merchandise, and action figures. And believe me, there is still so much cool stuff to do!!
