Kaiti Moos is the Vice President of Content at Headgum, where she oversees development and production of the network's 45 series. Kaiti is committed to pushing the boundaries of storytelling and bringing fresh, compelling podcasts to a global audience while amplifying unique voices. Before joining Headgum, Kaiti was on the Original Programming and Development team at Comedy Central and a part of the talent department at ICM Partners, where she contributed to the growth of Comedic talent. Kaiti was named one of Hollywood’s New Leaders of 2024 by Variety.
