Sam Grimley is a dedicated leader in sustainable seafood with over a decade of experience driving industry collaboration and responsible sourcing initiatives. As the Executive Director of Sea Pact, he leads efforts to unite North America's top seafood companies in advancing environmental and social sustainability across the global seafood supply chain. Before stepping into his current role, Sam served as Managing Director at FishChoice, where he played a key role in expanding sustainable seafood programs and industry partnerships. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years at Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP), where he focused on fisheries improvement initiatives, supply chain engagement, and sustainability strategy development for key industry stakeholders.
