Gabriela Bucio is a proud Latina, successful restaurateur, and music promoter based in Austin, Texas. As the powerhouse behind one of the city’s fastest-growing restaurant management groups and nightlife empires, Gabby has cemented her place as a leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry.

She owns Mala Vida, Mala Vida Houston, Mala Fama, and Mala Santa, venues that regularly host the biggest Latin acts in Central Texas. Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Gabby is also a sought-after DJ, performing at major festivals and collaborating with some of the world’s biggest brands.

Originally from Michoacán, Mexico, Gabby moved to Austin over 25 years ago. Having grown up immersed in the music industry, she channeled her passion for culture and entertainment into launching innovative concepts that now dominate the downtown Austin, Houston, and South Texas scenes.
