Dan Mouw has served as Duckworth's president since 2020, bringing financial and operational skills to the Montana-born, USA-made Merino Wool company. His insights have thrust Duckworth into a bonafide leader of domestic manufacturing with a natural, home-grown fiber base. Operating almost exclusively in an ecommerce model today, Mouw's efforts have fostered efficiency beyond the company's borders and into Duckworth's USA supply chain partners, connecting hundreds of Americans, creating manufacturing jobs in over a dozen states, and fostering a security of operations. An avid angler and lover of the outdoors, Mouw not only helps to steward the process of transforming raw fiber into finished goods, but is also a daily wearer of Duckworth, testing its insulation and performance properties.
