Brooke Shapiro

Brooke Shapiro is the Director of A&R at R&R Digital, a label that aims to provide an alternative approach for independent artists, such as Mt. Joy, Mk.gee, Dijon, and Adam Melchor. Shapiro joined R&R in 2024 and focuses on research, analytics, and identifying new artists, as well as supporting R&R's current roster. Prior to R&R, Shapiro worked across A&R and Marketing at Elektra Records, a label under Warner Music Group. A Florida native, Shapiro graduated from Yale University and currently resides in Los Angeles.
