Carmen White

Carmen White serves as the Multicultural Participant Experience Lead in Pfizer’s Global Product Development Division, where she champions diversity and inclusion in clinical trials. With extensive experience in patient engagement and healthcare communications across the public sector, academia, and the pharmaceutical industry, Carmen leads educational and awareness programs to improve participant experiences and enable equitable access to clinical trials. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University and an MBA in Marketing and resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
