Mr. Bachtell is a leading authority on corporate governance and complex regulatory compliance in cannabis. He’s Chairman of National Cannabis Roundtable and U.S. Cannabis Counsel, a Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce board member, an Economic Club of Chicago member, and a Northwestern University adjunct professor. He holds a B.S. from University of Arizona and a J.D. from DePaul University’s College of Law.
