Janaki Kumar

Janaki is the Chief Design Officer for Global Banking at JPMorgan Chase, with a strong track record of building high-performance design teams and creating award-winning digital experiences. Previously, she led the Design and Co-Innovation Center at SAP Labs, Palo Alto, where she delivered innovations that transformed businesses. Janaki co-authored the book Gamification at Work – Designing Engaging Business Software. She was a speaker at a TEDx conference and a co-instructor for Stanford’s Graduate School of Business LEAD course on Customer Experience Design: A Neuroscience Perspective. She is an inventor with over 20 patents and was named a Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2016.
