Liv Williamson

Dr. Liv Williamson is a marine biologist, conservation programme manager, and science communicator focused on leveraging biotechnology for conservation. Her work aims to increase the survival and fitness of endangered species facing climate change. Dr. Williamson’s award-winning scientific writing has been featured on CBS’s 60 Minutes, and in news broadcasts, podcasts, and blogs. She holds a PhD in Marine Biology and Ecology from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science.
