My first career was in banking which drove my interest in how we categorize and influence human behavior. Since leaving banking I have founded a number of companies focused on measuring human behavior more widely than propensity to take out and repay debt! I now work with a wide variety of organizations - from premier league football teams to government agencies - to measure the behaviors of their employees and shape their human capital to support their business goals. My view is that Gen AI will radically reshape the future of work and will significantly change the type of humans we need to lead and operate our organizations.
