Omar has led pioneering initiatives like the region’s first carbon emission calculations for a restaurant and advocates for circular economy practices. He has worked with the UAE’s Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and is a regular speaker at major sustainability events like Gulfood and the Future Hospitality Summit.
