Olga Tarasov
As Vice President of Inquiry & Insights at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Olga leads thought leadership efforts, developing research, publications, and programs to advance philanthropic growth. She heads key initiatives like Theory of the Foundation, Strategic Time Horizons, and Foresight & Futures, which aim to build knowledge, catalyze collaboration, and increase impact. Olga has previously worked at the National Endowment for Democracy and Open Society Foundations. She holds a master's from Georgetown University and a bachelor's from George Washington University. Olga speaks English, Russian, Polish, Turkish, and German and lives in Munich with her family and dog, cheering for Bayern München.
