John Ho

John Ho has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Landsea Homes since 2013. Before founding Landsea Homes, Ho spent a decade in real estate investment and development, working with global firms such as Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). He was Director at JLL from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President from 2008 to 2011, where he led international business development, providing transactional and consulting services to businesses investing overseas. Ho holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
