Felicity Maxwell

Felicity is a housing leader, organizer and activist. She is the Executive Director of Texans for Housing, a statewide housing advocacy group working to expand housing access across the state. She currently serves as a City of Austin Planning Commissioner. In 2023 she was co-chair of YIMBYtown Austin, bringing together over 500 housing experts and advocates who are at the forefront of the pro-housing movement.
