Felicity Maxwell

Felicity Maxwell is a small business owner, housing leader, and transit activist based in Austin, Texas. She is a partner at Tipit, LLC, a web design firm, and the former founder and owner of fibercove, a coworking, meeting, and event space. Felicity is a City of Austin Planning Commissioner and serves on the South Central Waterfront Advisory Board and the Codes and Ordinances Joint Committee. Active in the local urbanist community, she is also a board member of Friends of Zilker. Felicity has a strong background in communications and public policy, having worked as a marketing director for a UN-affiliated NGO and various non-profits. She holds dual master’s degrees in Public Policy and Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and Vanderbilt University.
