Pamela York

Pamela York is a venture capital investor and serial entrepreneur featured on TED Talks and Audible. She’s a founder and Managing Partner of Capita3, where the team combined has over 35 exits, 5 unicorns, and a billion in realized returns. Capita3 invests at the convergence of deep tech + digital health in companies led by nontraditional founders. Previously, she co-founded two VC-backed deep tech startups with significant exits and led the commercialization of a 1000 technology portfolio concentrated in healthcare. Pam also founded Capita3 Leader, a company that delivers novel awareness-based leadership methods designed to accelerate the transformation of founders into top CEOs.
