Kelly Carney was most recently VP, Head of Customer Operations & Digital Experience at National Grid, where she worked for nearly 20 years. Kelly brings a deep, foundational understanding of Customer Service across both digital and call center channels, and initiated its National Grid’s customer experience transformation. Kelly’s work, which touches upon every area of CX, has enabled the company to serve 7 million customers in new ways so they’re more informed and in control of their energy use and have an overall better experience.
