Drew Griffiths

Drew Griffiths is the Digital Strategy Lead for Constellation’s nuclear fleet. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the company’s digital efforts are aligned to maintaining and advancing Operational Excellence within the nuclear fleet.
Prior to working in Digital Strategy, Griffiths served as the Plant Manager of Constellation’s Quad Cities Clean Energy Center, with responsibility for the safe and reliable operation of the two nuclear reactors at the site. Griffiths joined Constellation in 2009 as a Systems Engineer following graduation from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. In 2012, Griffiths obtained a Senior Reactor Operator’s license and served in roles of increasing responsibility in Operations including as a Shift Manager and the Senior Manager of Operations Support and Services. Prior to becoming Plant Manager in 2021, he also served as the Director of Engineering at Quad Cities Clean Energy Center.
Griffiths received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nuclear, Plasma, and Radiological Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and also has completed Westinghouse’s Executive Introductory Course on Pressurized Water Reactors.
