Nicholas Ayoub
Nicholas Ayoub is the Head of Digital Strategy and Operations at Messina Touring Group, where he leads digital strategy for record-breaking stadium tours, including Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and The Lumineers. Since joining MTG in 2017, he has marketed nearly 2,000 shows and spearheaded the expansion of the company’s digital department, driving data-driven campaigns, bespoke digital activations, and innovative partnerships that have reached millions of fans globally. Nicholas also leads cross-functional operations, streamlining internal processes and data strategies to improve efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth across the business. A 2024 Billboard 40 Under 40 honoree and Pollstar Impact: NextGen recipient, he is also a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ representation, sharing insights on panels such as Music Biz’s A Celebration of Queer Innovation and From Announce to Encore: Mapping the Fan’s Concert-Going Journey Through the Eyes of the Industry.
