Dashawn "Happie" White is a music executive shaping the future of sound as Senior Vice President of A&R at Gamma, working with L.A. Reid and Larry Jackson. Known for connecting artistry with innovation, Happie has been behind defining moments in modern music.

He guided Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” to a record-breaking 19-week reign at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and oversaw Fireboy DML’s “Peru” featuring Ed Sheeran, a platinum-certified Afrobeat anthem. His credits include H.E.R.’s Grammy-nominated “Back of My Mind”, Yung Bleu’s Gold-certified “MoonBoy”, and the Spider-Verse Soundtrack.

Previously, as Senior Director of Creative at Sony Music Publishing, he worked on SZA’s “Snooze” and Drake’s “Rich Flex”. Beyond A&R, he has collaborated with Maroon 5, Kanye West, Chris Brown, John Legend, and Leon Thomas, showcasing his versatility and impact across genres.
