Gabi Kochlani
Gabi Kochlani is an A&R executive and music publisher who’s best known for empowering emerging talent. Currently, she’s the Founder of The Grey Administration where she facilitates creative collaboration for songwriters, producers, and artists globally. Also driven by a passion for equality in the arts, Gabi is the visionary and founder behind PopOut LA, the first-ever LGBTQ+ focused music industry conference held at the LGBT Center in Hollywood.
Previously, her multi-decade career included A&R positions at Universal Music, Elektra Records, EMI, and Bump Into Genius/Warner Chappell Music – ultimately signing and developing multi-platinum songwriters such as Ben Burgess and Mikal Blue. Before that, she worked in management for Crosby, Stills & Nash, toured with Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers under Disney Concerts, and worked alongside Adam Anders (Executive Music Producer for Fox’s “Glee”).
