Domé Sarauz
Domé Sarauz is an award-winning Music Business Professional currently working as a Brand Partnerships and Sponsorship Coordinator at The Bowery Presents/AEG and Co-Founder of Big Talk Records. Born in Quito, Ecuador, and raised in Queens, New York, Domé offers a unique perspective shaped by a multicultural upbringing. This diverse background has fostered a deep appreciation for different cultures and environments, sparking a passion for diversity and inclusion within the music industry.
With over four years of industry experience, Domé has cultivated a broad skill set across various aspects of the music world, including commercial partnerships, artist relations, sales, digital marketing, and marketing. Domé's career includes time at Republic Records and Columbia Records, where skills in artist development, sales, and digital marketing were refined.
In her current role at The Bowery Presents, Domé partners with top-tier artists and brands to deliver unforgettable experiences to audiences in Bowery’s venues. Additionally, as Co-Founder of Big Talk Records, Domé empowers independent artists by providing them with essential tools, resources, and knowledge to advance their music careers.
Domé's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in advocacy and engagement within the industry, as well as through previous guest lectures at the University of the Arts, Hofstra University, and other institutions. Domé holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from the University of the Arts and is a proud SVMP alumni from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Domé enjoys collecting and having vinyl records signed and performing with her Latin-folklore singer-guitar duo.
