As a Creative Executive at Wondaland Pictures, Janelle Monáe’s production company, she develops compelling IP and collaborates with top-tier talent to bring innovative, premium projects to life. A proud Howard University alum, Kiana launched her career as an executive assistant under the Head of Original Programming at HBO Max. She honed her skills supporting visionary artists, as the assistant to the director of Queen & Slim and EP of Insecure, before transitioning to Wondaland.
