Neil Waller

Neil Waller is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Whalar Group, a global Creator company with a pioneering end-to-end ecosystem comprising six unique entities: a Creator and social agency, a 360° talent management company, an IRL Creator campus, a digital operating system, a venture studio, and a gaming studio. Neil oversees Whalar’s vision, including The Lighthouse, the first dedicated campus for Creators, fostering learning, creation, and community. A college dropout turned serial entrepreneur, Neil co-founded nine businesses, including a Shopify award-winning DTC venture. He launched Whalar in 2016 to “liberate the creative voice” and redefine Creator marketing. Recognized by Ad Age, Adweek, and Fast Company, Whalar collaborates with top brands, platforms, and Creators to reshape the Creator Economy. Originally from the UK, Neil now resides in Los Angeles.
