Peter McGuinness

Peter McGuinness is the President and CEO of Impossible Foods, leading its mission to create sustainable, plant-based meat with a fraction of the environmental impact of animal products. Since joining in April 2022, he has driven the company’s global growth and innovation. With over 30 years of consumer expertise, Peter previously served at Chobani as CMO before becoming President and COO, where he scaled operations, led marketing, and helped build the brand into a household name. He also led as CEO of advertising agencies DDB Chicago and Gotham, successfully revitalizing both. At Momentum Worldwide, he managed operations across 25 countries, bringing a global perspective to his leadership and brand-building efforts.
