Randy Ojeda

Randy Ojeda is a music industry professional and practicing attorney dedicated to empowering independent artists. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a member in good standing with The Florida Bar, Randy blends his legal expertise with extensive experience as an artist manager, A&R, record label owner, and musician. This diverse background allows him to understand the challenges faced by artists and the dynamics of the music business, offering clients comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.

Randy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cigar City Management LLC, a Tampa-based artist management company. Under his leadership, the company has curated official showcases at renowned festivals, including SXSW, CMJ Music Marathon, and Brooklyn’s Northside Festival. He assists clients with marketing, design, recording, touring, and merchandising, ensuring their success in all aspects of the music industry. Randy also contributed to business development and A&R at Symphonic Distribution, further cementing his role as a trusted advisor in the evolving music landscape. He is an Associate Member of the Florida Chapter of the Recording Academy.

In addition to his legal and managerial work, Randy hosts the podcast Cigar City Radio, where he interviews touring musicians and industry legends. Guests have included Tommy Stinson (The Replacements, Guns N’ Roses), Brian Bell (Weezer), Cindy Wilson (The B-52s), Sara Watkins, and Amy Ray (Indigo Girls), among others.
