Stephen Easley
Mr. Easley served in many roles in his more than fifty-year career in the music and film business. As a promoter, he booked acts from Fleetwood Mac to Bruce Springsteen. As an Agent, he worked with blues legends Tinsley Ellis, Eddie Hinton, and Bill Sheffield. As a Manager, CPA and Attorney, he worked with seven members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, including Little Anthony and the Imperials, Johnny Cash, REM, the Revolution, and Heart, as well as Texans Fabulous Thunderbirds and West Texas Exiles, Grammy Nominees Seth Glier & Grace Pettis, The Black & White Years, and South African Grammy Winner Wouter Kellerman. He also serves as counsel the Estate of Buddy Holly in all areas, including licensing, merchandising, trademarks, and litigation, recovering Buddy’s copyrights. He Co-Founded two non-profits, the Buddy Holly Foundation promoting musical education through songwriting camps and ATX’s Mosaic Sound Collective providing services to musicians. Currently he serves as Executive Producer and Music Supervisor on several films, and founded SR&RS, assisting songwriters and their heirs in recovering their songs rights. He teaches AI Entertainment Law worldwide.
