Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips, based in Philadelphia, is a thought leader on urbanism, housing, and advocating for analog city-life. He founded the award-winning architecture firm ISA in 2005 and most recently initiated a non-profit called Meantime which helps activate vacant storefronts with creative retail, art and music.
