Maureen Ochs

Maureen "Mo" Ochs serves as Label Partnerships Manager for US indie labels at Spotify, where she leads artist and team communications to foster growth on the platform. She values the role's global perspective, collaborating with diverse teams worldwide. Previously, Mo worked in artist management (with Maggie Rogers, Leon Bridges, and Carly Rae Jepsen), sound production, music retail, and radio. Before joining Spotify in 2022, she was an events manager at Chief, the women's empowerment network. Mo holds degrees in Business and French from Portland State University.
