Luk Arbuckle

As Global AI Practice Leader and Chief Methodologist in Defensible Data & AI for IQVIA Applied AI Science, Luk connects strategy to the safe and responsible use of data and AI. He provides strategic leadership to clients and to IQVIA on the methods to get the most value from data assets and AI while aligning stakeholders for successful execution through trustworthy system design. Luk draws from an extensive background in AI science, with regulatory experience leading a technology team at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. He has provided testimony to government bodies and in court, collaborated with data protection authorities and is regularly consulted by senior executives and industry leaders. Luk has published books, articles, and industry guidance.
