Monica Dinsmore is the Senior Director of Esports & Ventures Brand at Electronic Arts (EA), where she heads up strategy and Marketing for the company’s esports across Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, and Apex Legends. Leading a team of talented marketers, she brings EA's esports content to millions of passionate fans and players across the globe. Dinsmore has been a prominent figure in esports for nearly a decade, most notably leading the award-winning launch of Riot Games’ League of Legends European Championship (LEC) from Berlin, Germany. Dinsmore is a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusivity within the esports and gaming community. She actively supports initiatives that promote equal opportunities for aspiring esports athletes and professionals from underrepresented backgrounds.
