Chelsea Roff
Chelsea Roff is the Founder and Director of Eat Breathe Thrive, an international charity focused on preventing and treating eating disorders. For over a decade, she has worked to bring programs that combine psychological therapies, somatic practices, & peer support to people in distress. Her charity has served more than 17,000 people across 58 countries; including those in Saudi Arabia, Cameroon, & Brazil. Chelsea has co-authored multiple studies on eating disorders, including two international randomized controlled trials and a systematic review which revealed over 60 people with eating disorders have died by euthanasia and assisted suicide. Now based in London, she is working to bring somatic & peer support approaches for addiction, cancer, eating disorders, and PTSD into the NHS.
