Gregory Witkowski
Gregory R. Witkowski is Associate Professor of Public Administration at Kean University and Affiliate Faculty at the National Center on Disaster Preparedness. Most recently a senior lecturer in climate disaster and nonprofit management at Columbia University in New York, Greg is a national specialist in philanthropy, disaster relief and recovery. A Ph.D. in history, he has designed and taught some of the nation's first university classes in climate change preparedness and relief efforts, and launched a book series for Georgetown University Press on climate-driven impacts Series Editor and co-author of the forthcoming book, Participatory Grantmaking: How Democratizing Decision-Making Shifts Power to Communities.
