I live in Austin Texas and work for Accenture as part of the Accenture AWS Business Group. I am responsible for supporting our health and public sector customers with the Connected Customer Experience offering on Amazon Connect. Marine Corps veteran and graduate of University of Texas. My background is on customer experience design and systems integration. In my personal life I am married with 2 daughters. Hobbies include kayaking, fishing, gardening and taking advantage of all the live music in Austin.
